This week’s theme is Colour. I wish I had some wonderful photos to show how lovely Spring is in England, but we have just started today feeling slightly warmer than in February. At least where I live. Therefore I thought of looking for a photo from a late summer harvest from my college’s allotment: gigantic marrow, 2 pumpkins, apples, raspberry, tomatoes and some zucchini flowers. Here you can find an original Italian recipe with zucchini flowers. It’s pretty much like my mother’s recipe 😀 Enjoy!

Oooh I’ve never seen zucchini flowers. I think we don’t have it here in the Philippines.
Hello and thank you for stopping by!
I have no idea if you can find them in the Philippines. Hmm…. well, if you can grow zucchini, you also have the flowers 😉 Easier said than done, I suppose! Anyway, you can make the recipe using just the zucchini. It will taste a bit different (flowers a slightly sweeter) but it’s equally good 😀
Bentornata!! Che bei colori… speriamo che arrivi presto la primavera che sarei un po’ stufa di sto freddo! Anyway, I’ve nominated you for the Liebster Award! You can find everything about it on my post http://autumninbruges.wordpress.com/2013/04/06/forgotten-awards/, hope you’ll accept it!
Grazie! Sì, è ridicolo, la mattina scrosto ancora la brina dall’auto
Da te come va?
E… wow! Grazie per la nomination 😀 Accetto volentieri; ora mi metto all’opera… Busy weekend ahead 😉
Si anche qui fa ancora freddissimo 😦 Speriamo migliori asap! Buon weekend 🙂
